I was having trouble receiving notifications on my new Versa. Tried every trouble shooting option online and even a few tricks of my own. This one actually worked for me.
Fitbit app
Click on your pic on top left corner
scroll down to Privacy and security
Security login
Manage Account Access
Then revoke all devices EXCEPT for “this device”
Then go back to sync device hit sync
I sent a Test text to myself, but when you hit send lock your phone screen right away, so the notification will show up on your Fitbit.
