I had to send my last charge 2 back as it stopped talking to my phone.
Last night my less than a week old Fitbit did it again. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software on the phone and it worked.
this morning it stopped syncing again. Did the software reinstall and still won't work. Any ideas?
this is my third failed Fitbit and I am about to give up on them completely

If your Charge 2 is not syncing correctly, I would like to suggest some steps that might help you:
If this doesn't seem to work, my best recommendation would be setting up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone. Don't worry, none of the information stored in your account will be deleted.
