Steps disappear after syncing with phone

My steps are counted on my Fitbit but on my iPhone the steps always say 0 after syncing

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, is this the first time that this issue happened to you? If so, please restart your tracker and monitor your tracker for the next 24 to 48 hours, if you experience this again, please let me know so I can check this further.
