Hello everyone, thanks for your participation in the Community.
We're aware of an issue where some customers are seeing a blank or white screen with the app version 3.32.1. We're working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible. In the meantime, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
Please note I have merged several threads with this issue. I will have more information for you once this has been fully resolved. Thanks for your reports and continued patience as we work on a fix.

App is hosed for me too post update. Great work as always Fitbit. Some companies test their software before release. Maybe consider trying that next time
interestingly, I wonder if this is actually an app issue. Possible it’s service side. I can’t get the web dashboard to load either on any device

Hi
Mine app was blank too after update. I was about to delete and reinstall but I first pressed on the Fitbit icon and the quick menu appeared and let me into the app. After that the app has opened normally.
Seems everything Fitbit is always a bit glitchy.

I finally got the app to start after deleting/reinstalling. Still horrendously unstable though, with challenges continuously disappearing & reappearing in random order, so apparently, as usual, the update didn't actually fix anything.

Hi everyone. I'm glad to see you here in the forums and welcome to our new members. @NellyG, thanks for your great help!
Thanks for reporting the issues experienced with the Fitbit app and for the steps tried on your own. For the ones that haven't done so, please make sure the Fitbit app is updated, force quit the app, reboot your phone and try opening the Fitbit app one more time. If the issue persists, I'll need you to provide me with the model and OS/software version of your phone.
@Wildstar691, @Larlar and @vetguy, thanks for sharing the steps that worked for you. I'm sure your posts will help many members experiencing similar issues.
By the way, I've moved some of your posts to this thread in the iOS board so we can keep our forums organized.
Look forward to your comments.

I’m having the same problem since the app updated. Blank white screen. I have tried the steps you have recommended but this has not helped. If I uninstall the app, will I lose my data?

So previously I had offloaded the app, and apparently that is not the same thing as deleting the app. I deleted the app and reinstalled and now I am able to open the app. FYI.

Same here. I just updated the app and now have nothing but a blank screen. Fitbit’s stellar software testing staff strike again! 🤬
BTW, I restarted my phone before coming here, so that is not the problem.

Did you lose all your previous data/stats when you deleted it? I don’t want to lose my years of using Fitbits. Thanks

How do you force close it? Did you lose all your previous data, information history? Thanks

iPhone 8plus
13.7 version.
Blank white screen on the app when it opens. The word Fitbit is at the top. I’ve rebooted my phone, tried the force quit, checked for updates, closed and opened WiFi as someone instructed. I even disconnected the Bluetooth as someone stated and now I can’t connect it again because my screen is still blank. Any suggestions on how to at least do that? Please help. If I delete the app and reinstall, Will I lose all my information from the last few years? So sad and frustrated. Thank you for your help. Sandy
