Hi,
i am using fitbit iOS v.4.26 app, for the past few months, the app logs me out and every-time I want to check my stats I have to sign in again.

Thanks for sharing a screenshot of the Fitbit app. Before anything else, I'd like to clarify that version 4.26 was recently released to all our members. With this in mind, may I know if the issue started after updating to this version? Or has this been a recurrent issue for you?
If you haven't done so, let's try force quitting the Fitbit app, rebooting your phone, opening the Fitbit app and logging back into your account one more time.

Hi @LizzyFitbit, I have had this issue for more than 3 months. I always keep the app updated so that i have the latest version of the app and also, the firmware on my watch/tracker.
I have done all of these steps.
Reboot the watch, factory resetting the watch, rebooting the iphone, deleting the app and reinstalling it. Etc.
The issue is still there.

Thanks for sharing additional information and trying more troubleshooting steps. I'm sorry that you continue having this issue. I wanted to let you know that our team released a new version for the app and, even though this has been happening for more than 3 months, could you check if you have it available? If so, please install it, reboot your phone and monitor its behavior afterward.
