Anytime I click on any of the tiles on the Fitbit app, such as sleep or exercise, it immediately opens another health insurance app I have on my phone and I can’t see anything. How can I break this connection?

I'm seeing posts all over the forums about this. 

It is clearly a Fitbit app problem, not a hardware problem. Yet nobody posts on the board for their phone, and no one has mentioned the type of phone. 

We will need to know which phone the app is on before we will be able to help.
