Is there a time frame for the Fitbit app to be compatible? It’s odd the 12.9 inch iPad is compatible but the 11 inch is not.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Snarky_83

I can’t answer that question but I will admit that I use a iPad Pro 11 using iOS 13.3 with a Fitbit App version 3.12.1 and I don’t have any issues. I’ve been using it faithfully since June 2019. Of course since it’s not on the compatibility list no promises can be made but I’ve seen others get other devices not on the list to work as well.

😃 I hope that answers your question

Has there been any official update on this issue, since last year?

I need to update my tablet, and I could afford more storage on an 11-inch, but Fitbit compatibility is a deal breaker since I do not have a smart phone.
