Fitbit app crashes when pairing with a Fitbit device

Anyone else having issues with the iPhone app freezing, then crashing as soon as it pairs with smart watch?  I haven't been able to get it to work since I updated to version 3.2.  Now at 3.4.  I've had several fruitless conversations with Fitbit Support people.  I've tried everything they've suggested.  Reset watch and phone.  Log out then back in again.  Remove app from phone and reinstall.  Nothing works. Very, very frustrated at this point.

Thank you for responding to me so quickly Lizzy. I haven’t heard from the support staff in a while so assumed they gave up. If you have a line of communication, maybe you could help me get a status.
