With the recent update, my first generation Versa takes longer to sync and the app just doesn’t work- I’m not getting sleep scores, I can’t view any of my information.

Charge 4, version 48.20001.96.26

Fitbit app v. 3.39 on an iPad with iOS 14.3

Device syncs, app uploads data to web, that all works.  But when I try to open the Charge 4 itself from the account menu, the Fitbit app crashes and takes me to the iOS home screen.  I can re-open the app, it looks like nothing has happened, but it will not let me access the device, settings, etc.

The behavior is new, like the last 2-3 days (while the Charge 4 is pretty new to me, this did not happen for the first few weeks).  Restarting bluetooth from iOS, rebooting the Fitbit, and deleting/reinstalling the app do not alter the behavior.

Agreed. I bought this watch to assist me with my fitness goals... so far it keeps forgetting to sync with my phone.

I am having the same problem!

I have a Charge 3 and using an iPhone with the latest iOS update. Since the last Fitbit app update I go to notifications to manage what notifications I receive on my Charge 3 and I can no longer access this feature. I am also only receiving notifications intermittently.

Hi.  My app crashes when I tap the ‘Charge 2’ tab.   Also ‘active minutes’ aren’t consistently recorded.

Thanjs for your help.  😊

iPad Air 2 (Cellular), and it crashes whenever I try to go to Account > Charge 4. I’ve tried closing the app and opening again, it doesn’t work. And I am not a premium sub.

iPhone, not premium, go to sleep score and it freezes, same as others have noted

-Still crashing

-6 Days

-iPad Pro w/ iPadOS 14.4

-Fitbit App> Account> Charge 2> Crash> iPad Home Screen

-Tried all recommended “fixes”

-Apple Watch purchase in sight

The app, since update, only shows sleep after 1:00 am.  No sleep before that is displaying and has to be manually edited in.  Also, since update, there is no sleep detail for any of those days.

App frequently freezing when trying to view sleep.

Also sometimes loading a previous day’s details on dashboard, not current day’s.

iPhone 8, up to date.

Apple doesn’t put out untested updates at least. I’m shopping too

This is the 3rd day of the app crashing with my new charge 4.  I'm using an Ipad 2018 model with latest update 14.4.  The app crashes when I click on settings for the Charge 4, so I cannot change watch faces.  I have tried everything to get it to work, even uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  No, I am not  a premium subscriber.

When I try to set my alarm, the app crashes. I set it once, but can’t get in to change it.

Day 7 of app crashing on iPad when trying to access alarms or battery. Customer Support polite but not helpful.
NEVER had a corporation leave me hanging for a week after their update rendered their product useless to me.

Customer for 6 years...I’M OUT!!!
