recently just found the out that my fit bit app is constantly crashing when I open it. I can’t even see my home screen it’s a white screen with new Fitbit logo for the update, and that I get kicked out. I’ve reinstalled the app, restarted iPhone XR as well! Nothings working it worked perfectly fine yesterday and says before. I’d like to log steps for my charge 2 but can’t! Help please Thanks in advance!

@Byax9, welcome! It's great to see you around! 

Let me help you with your Fitbit app. This is odd. Do you have enough internal space on your phone? Try uninstalling the app (since you already did this and you haven't been able to sync your device, otherwise we don't usually recommend this), restart your phone and after this install the Fitbit app again. If you keep having issues please share what you see on your phone.
