My Zip is recording all of my information and the battery shows 100%, but my phone isn’t updating the data. This just started yesterday. I’ve turned off my phone and have tried syncing several times now. Ani ideas?

Is anyone else having issues with the app in IOS. Been trying to use it since 10am and all I get is ‘upgrading database’

Yes -- just noticed that my Charge 4 isn't fully syncing to the iOS app this morning. Based on the technical issues banner I see at the top of the message board, I suspect my FB isn't able to sync with my FB dashboard at the moment.

I am not able to login to my fitbit app today.
Whenever I tried to login, it shows "Opps something went wrong, please try again"
I updated my iphone to latest ios , uninstall and reinstall the app.
Nothing works! Please advise.

Thank you for letting me know, i uninstalled and reinstalled this morning after trying to get it to work just in case it was me! So glad it’s not just me, I noticed the banner just after I posted asking.

Anyone else have trouble with their app not restarting the day for stats? I can’t log my food for today and it says I’ve already logged everything but it’s showing yesterday’s logs on my dashboard

I keep seeing a message that the app can’t sync with my Fitbit. I’ve removed it from Bluetooth on my phone. Nothing has helped. I was having sporadic issues the past 2 weeks or so. Saw the update and installed it but it is really bad now. Occasionally works to sync but the app doesn’t display steps etc or update if you add water or food. Obviously there is an issue outside of our individual devices.

@Corith98 @debely1439 Fitbit is currently experience server problems. I couldn't even log on for over six hours. Be patient. Fitbit is working on it.
