Since the issues on Wednesday with the dashboard not synching, even though it says it’s resolved, my app still won’t update. I’ve tried logging out and in again but with no success. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have since solved this by removing the battery from my Zip and leaving it out for 10 seconds. It then finally synched once I put the battery back in and refreshed my app. I hope this helps someone.
