My fitbit app doesnt record my workout which it always did and now the fitbit app doesnt not appear on my phone under my apps

Hi @Mrscastro13. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It's odd that the Fitbit app isn't appearing within the apps on your phone. In this case, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as described here.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app on your phone. Check this link.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Look for the Fitbit app and open it. Sync and check your data one more time.

If the issue persists, please reply back with your phone's model and OS version. Also, if possible take a screenshot and share it in your reply so I can further investigate. For instructions to attach it, check this post.
