Hello! I'm new to Fitbit, brought my first today, charge 2, only I haven't been able to get the app to work on my iPhone 6s, it doesn't list all the trackers for you to pick, I've had to set it up on my husbands phone, but I want to have it on my own, I've done all the suggested things online, resetting my phone an tracker, I've deleted and reinstalled the app that many times I've lost count, and ideas?

Thank you

Hello @Orwin7480, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

It seems very odd that the app on your iPhone 6s is not showing the Charge 2 as a device to set up. I would like to suggest checking the iOS version on your phone to verify that is 8 or higher as this might affect the app. To check this, on phone go to Setting > General > About > Version. If the version is 7 or lower, please update your phone. If the version is 8 or higher, please send me a screenshot of the Fitbit app on the setup screen so I can check this further.

Now that your tracker has been set up on your husband's phone, if you open the Fitbit app, do you see the tracker listed on the Account tab? Is the Charge 2 able to sync normally? Once the tracker has been set up on one account, even if you log in on another device, it should be able to appear and sync. If it's not able to sync, please let me know.

I'll be waiting for your reply. Additionally, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.
