Fitbit app doesn't stay logged in

For some reason I have started to need to log in each time I open the app, both on my iPhone and on my iPad. I do have the “keep me logged in” checked. It drives me mad

Let me help you with your Fitbit app log in issue. Make sure that your phone has the automatic timezone setting set. After this restart your phone and log back into the app.

Seems to have worked, although time zone setting was already set as automatic, and I’m sure I must have turned my phone off and on previously. But the main thing is, up to now I’ve had no further problems. Thanks

I spoke too soon. Needed to log in again this morning. The only difference from yesterday is I’m on a different Wi-fi.

Seemed to work initially, but after two days I’m back to logging in.
