My Fitbit app has stopped working. It will sync to my Sense 2, but when I try and choose, for example, my exercise tab to look at my data it won’t open, nor will others ie heart rate etc. It’s also not showing this week’s exercise days in the home page and I’ve exercised twice this week.
I’ve turned Bluetooth off and back on, restarted both my Sense 2 and phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, and deleted and repaired my Sense 2 to my phone.
Help please!

Thanks for sharing this information and letting me know what steps were already tried. I'm sorry for this experience. Because this is affecting the Fitbit app, may I know if after a few tries the tiles open correctly? Do you see an error message when trying to open a tile? If possible, take a screenshot of what is displayed on the Fitbit app and attach it to your reply. These details will help me to investigate in my end.

no, the tiles don’t open correctly after a few tries, in particular, the exercise tile. I don’t get any error messages - the whole app just freezes. It also freezes if I close down the app, reopen it, look at, for example, my steps tile, then try and access my exercise tile.

Thanks for the additional information, and the steps tried on your own. I'd like to share with you that this issue has been reported to our team and the Fitbit app 4.45 was developed to fix this issue. This app version has started rolling out to all our members so please keep an eye on the App Store and make sure to install it as soon as you see it available.
