Fitbit app has a cloud icon and cannot be opnned

Thank you SunsetRunner, I am trying this now. I have an IPhone 12 & this should work. The app is on my old IPad, but not on the phone. It keeps saying it is in the Cloud. I can go to the App Store, click on it & get data but the tile will not stay on the phone. Nope it did not work. Any suggestions??? Still have “”App Store” on the siteimage.jpg

@asthma   I apologize if I'm misreading what you wrote.  You added on to an older thread, so some things might have changed.  Another issue is the "Sunset Runner" is the name given to anyone who closes their account.  They can't help you.  If you are referring to that "App Store" in the upper left of the screen, all that means is that the App store app is still open and you can go back to the App store by tapping there.

 

I'm not sure if this will answer your question.  If you opened your Fitbit app by tapping on the cloud icon in the App store, please look for your Fitbit app on the last page on your phone screen.  Sometimes you need to delete, then re-download the app to troubleshoot a problem.  When I do that, the app is on the last page of my apps.  Then I need to rearrange my screen.

 

If this answer doesn't help you, I think you should start a new thread in the iOS forum.  Really start from the beginning with your problem, in detail.
