Cheer and Taunt not working with IOS

My notifications stopped working in January on an iPhone13 and Versa2.  I have updated the app.  I have logged out of the app in iOS.  I have turned off bluetooth.  After turning everything back on, the Cheer and Taunt features still do not work.  What else should I do?

Thank you for your message and efforts.  The symptoms that you described were for the Fitbit app version 3.76 for iOS . We released the 3.77 version a few days ago. And should already be available for all users. Please make sure that you upgrade to the latest app version available.

All three systems affected by this are still not working even after updating to 3.77.  Also note that I attempted to "Cheer" and "Taunt" from the web based interface and it does not work from there either.  Messaging still works however.

Your recommendation seems lazy to me.  Rather than test this feature or enter it as a 'bug' in your system, you default to "update your software".  It is obvious that this didn't work so I would respectfully suggest that rather than continue to waste my time and yours, you enter it into your errata database and have someone actually try this.

My fitbit app is up to version 3.80 now and this feature still does not work.  Please escalate to get this resolved.
