Fitbit app is not showing my heart rate

My current HR is shown on the watch. On the dashboard in the app (IPhone 11) there is no place to even see the HR, not even —-bpm.   I reset the watch to factory setting, deleted and reinstalled the app. No change. This seems to be a problem in the app, as the watch does show it.
