How do I categorize the C25K record?

Hi, I’ve just started the C25K and I’m not sure how or if I should record it as an exercise or not?

I only have a Flex so it very limited.

I know that it’s record the steps and distance etc, but I would like to add it as an exercise but unsure how I would input the data, due to being walk run walk run etc.

Should I just record it as a walk for now as in the 30 minutes only 8 are running?

Any help will be great 👍🏻

Thanks

Michael

Hi @Sonyps23. Welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm glad that you're taking advantage of your Flex and let me help you with your inquiry. While currently there isn't a category for C25K, you can save it as a walk for now since your activity takes more walking than running. You can also create this activity when manually logging your details:

  1. Go to your fitbit.com dashboard and log into your Fitbit account.
  2. Click on the Log option at the top, and then on Activities.
  3. Scroll down and under Log Activities search for C25K.
  4. Click on Create custom activity and enter your details.
  5. Don't forget to click Log to save your activity.
