My Charge 3 syncs fine with my phone and all the steps are being counted. I clicked the + sign on the exercise part on the "today" tab to track my walk on the GPS. I accidentally closed the app and now it wont let me click on anything at all on the "today" tab. I've restarted my phone, removed and added my Charge 3 to my account and deleted and reinstalled the full app.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the iOS App board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

 

Also, thanks for troubleshooting this Fitbit app stuck issue. I would like to know if you keep experiencing this problem? Is your Fitbit app updated?.
