We’ve been waiting for months. The phone has been out for 5 months. Is this even on the horizon? It’s hard to be patient when I see updates, they just don’t address my issue. I get call and calendar notifications but not text. (And just to stop you right there - I’ve been through all the troubleshooting with the help team and they told me the issue is that the Fitbit app isn’t compatible with my phone, I’m not trying to go through the whole process again). Is there any - any - update coming?

Hello @Yowzers777, thank for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that the iPhone XS has already been added to our list of compatible devices a while ago. With that said, please note that Notifications skip or stop occasionally for several reasons that don't suggest a problem with your device or the Fitbit app, which is why I would like to ask you to check the following:
If you've reviewed the list above and can't get notifications to work, please try the following:
I hope this can be helpful, please give these steps a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello,
None of those suggestions worked. I still get calendar and phone call notifications but have literally never gotten a text notification on my charge 3.

Hello @Yowzers777, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I appreciate you have come back and let us know you've already tried the troubleshooting steps provided above. At this moment, please update the Fitbit app in case you haven't done it yet. Then, go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure the following is enabled:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

My wife just got her second Inspire because the dog chewed her first one. Having the Texts not showing on iPhone XS problem. Setting notifications on messages to always on fixed her problem. Thanks for the suggestion. Have to say though tons of other things done prior to that last ditch suggestion, which is all just very frustrating, but glad it's working
