My app is not opening unless I try 4-5 times. I’ve done all the work arounds and I’m getting v frustrated! Any ideas?

I'm sorry for the issues experienced with the Fitbit app, and thanks for the steps that you've tried prior posting. Let's work on this together! Just to confirm, does this started after updating to the 3.5 version? Although you mentioned to have tried some workarounds, please give a try to the following:
- If the Fitbit app is open, log out from your account.
- Verify that your iPhone is running the latest OS version. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone to refresh it.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
If the issue persists, please provide me with your phone's model and iOS version. This way I can further investigate.
