Fitbit app keeps prompting to open another app

Help - everytime I try to open a challenge it instead opens another app on my phone. This only started happening when I updated to the new version. The newest update did not fix my issue. I tried going into manage 3rd party apps and removed privileges to the app it’s opening but it still opens it.

I call all customer service and they could not help me. If I delete the app from my phone does it delete my account?

I’m also having the same problem as the others with the same app, OK:OK, why is there no way to remove this association in the Fitbit app itself? This is making me also want to get rid of my Fitbit.

I’m having the same exact issue...ever since the app update,I haven’t been able to accept or start a challenge without going to a blank screen in the ActiveFit app. I’ve tried everything I can think of and nothing is working for me...

I am also having this problem. IPhone 6, iOS is updated. I updated to the new Fitbit app and can no longer view any of my graphs or data. I can’t find a place to log a workout and every link redirects to my ActiveFit app. I want them synced so ActiveFit can get verify my workouts, but I’d also like the FitBit app to let me see my data.

Hi! I deleted the Active Fit then went into Fit bit and opened everything. It went to the correct screens so I redownloaded ActiveFit and everything has been working since.

Hi, I have the new dashboard, it does not allow me to add exercise or look at any details. I have my fitbit app synced with Activefit app through my insurance company. When I click to add exercise it sends me right over to the Activefit app. How am I supposed to add exercise on my fitbit app?

Thank goodness, I am not the only one! I am having the same issue too.  Started around July 4th weekend.  I went online and disabled active fits permissions to export data, but its still happening. Honestly, I've rarely used the active fit application, unless it was to check how many times I went to the gym. On the Fitbit application I see 3 options on the bottom menu (discover, today, and community).  Those work fine, but if I try to access my data via the application it goes over to active fit, which I revoked all permissions for.  I have an iPhone 6s with the most recent updates for all applications.  I'll try doing what others have but please fix it ASAP

I have the same issue.

The app it opens is called OKOK-International.

When I delete the app the issue is fixed.

When I reinstall the app Fitbit app redirects again to OKOK-International

I have Fitbit 3.0 (844) installed and I see the 3 options when I open the Fitbit app

I have also restarted, removed the Fitbit app and nothing works

Help 🙂

I updated to 3.1 (345) and nothing changed.

Everything I tab on the today screen ( apart from the account or my blaze setting) opens the OKOK·International app.

Please help 😩

I deleted both apps and reinstalled them both. This was the only way I was able to fix it. However, the fix was temporary. It worked okay for about 4 days and now it went back to opening ActiveFit every time I click on data. I don’t even have these two apps linked. I didn’t want them linked. Fitbit, YOU NEED TO FIGURE THIS ISSUE OUT!

Good luck to everyone! 🍀

I am also having this issue with OKOK international. I originally tried to connect OKOK to Fitbit, but couldn't login to my Fitbit account to finish the process at the time. However, now whenever I click anything in the Fitbit app, I'm redirected to my OKOK app. I deleted OKOK and Fitbit no longer redirected. I reinstalled OKOK, Fitbit began redirecting again.

This is after logging out of both app accounts and closing the apps completely. And a phone shut off for good measure. Still not working..

I’m also having this issue consistently! There is no way to get around it. The Fitbit app keeps kicking me over to the OkOk app.

I have an iPhone XS Max

Running iOS 12.3.1

Issue has been ongoing for over a month, so it would be greatly appreciated if it could be addressed/fixed ASAP
