Help - everytime I try to open a challenge it instead opens another app on my phone. This only started happening when I updated to the new version. The newest update did not fix my issue. I tried going into manage 3rd party apps and removed privileges to the app it’s opening but it still opens it.
I call all customer service and they could not help me. If I delete the app from my phone does it delete my account?
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity
Add me to the list. Was prompted to try the new interface and now any tap on the new Fitbit app brings me to the OKOK·International app. Super annoying.
iPhone 7 (iOS 12.3.1)
Fibit 3.3.1
Best AnswerNcmorse - I had the same issue with Activefit. I deleted my Activefit app and then reinstalled it and it solved the problem. Don’t worry you won’t lose your Activefit information if you delete the app. Hopefully it solves the problem, reading past posts people have done the same thing but it only worked a few days. Mine is still working. 🤞🏼
Best AnswerI know some people have said they have linked their Fitbit accounts to the ActiveFit app. I think it's important to note to Fitbit that I did not link the app. I declined every time they have asked, because I did not want ActiveFit to have access to my Fitbit information. I thought it is important for Fitbit to know that this issue is still occurring for people who did not link the two apps.
It's been almost 2 months now for me.... Lizzy, any idea of when this will be resolved? Or are they at least making any progress in this area?

Hello everyone! I'm sorry for my delayed response, and thanks for participating in this thread.
@merlin777, @SunsetRunner, @Naomi-xx, @Zummi and @fantm13, thanks for keeping me updated and I'm happy that the issue was resolved after the update. You guys are great and now you'll be able to keep tracking your information in the Fitbit app.
For the ones that haven't done so, make sure to update the Fitbit app in your iOS devices, this way you can receive improvements on its performance. You can follow the steps described in this help article and don't hesitate to reply back to me if you have any other question.
Hope to keep seeing you around! ![]()
Best AnswerDid you get this sorted? I may have found a solution, albeit by accident but a possible solution.
Mine is working now. Not sure why. My iPhone has updated to 12.4. My Fitbit is 3.4.
However, my Ionic broke and I received a replacement. I delinks my old Fitbit and re-linked my new one and now it’s ok.
I don’t know whether the iPhone update or the de-linking the Fitbit and then re-linking it may work. Worth a go. You won’t lose any data as long as you’ve synced your Fitbit just before you do it as it’ll upload to the Fitbit account. So go into Fitbit app and select your Fitbit. Delete and then re-add.
If anyone tries it ket it let me know.
