I’ve just got a new Fitbit Sense and since setting it up I keep getting the same notification several times a day. I have no apps other than the standard ones nor have I tried to download any and I can’t figure out which one or what is causing this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and sharing a screenshot of the messages. While this is odd, let's try reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app by doing the following:
- Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
- Open the Fitbit app and tap Devices at the upper left corner
- Tap Add More Devices, select your Sense and follow the on-screen instructions
- Wait until the process is done and monitor its behavior in the next few days
