Aside from some syncing issues early, I’ve been enjoying reacquainting myself with my Fitbit charge 2 (synced with the latest version of the iOS app on my iPhone 😎 during the whole COVID-19 situation.
But today when I checked to see how my sleep last night was, I noticed that the exercise section... how many steps, how many flights of stairs, etc, was all greyed our and didn’t have any numbers, just the icons. I forced the app closed and came back. No change. I tried this a few times. I looked up advice for similar situations and found “log out, force close, open app, log back in” so I tried it. Now there’s no information at all... days of exercise this week? Gone. Sleep score? Gone. Heart rate? Gone. Just a black thing asking me if I want to “discover”...
Is this something on Fitbit’s end? Or my end? What should I do?
Best AnswerSame here. Just about ready to track exercise and no work. Also reinstalled, restarted, and now getting “tile migration error”.
Best AnswerIt currently seems to have fixed itself for me. Anyone else? I'll update if anything else changes. I also saw this site that suggested this may have been a widespread issue....
https://downdetector.com/status/fitbit/
Seems to be working now. Looks like a major spike on the “downdetector” around the time I reported.
Would be nice if we would be informed of these down times so customers would not be spending time rebooting, deleting and reinstalling, and frustrating us all.
Hope everyone is staying healthy!
Best AnswerYep, mines working now too. Logged out and back in again which made it worse, the ‘today’ tab was completely blank after that but then I clicked on the help section again and when I went back it was fixed 🙂
