I live in Russia. There is no Fitbit app in Russian App Store (strange). I downloaded FitBit+, it installs but fails to connect and login, although credentials entered are correct. I can login to the website just fine, but not through iPhone app. What do I do? How do I use my fresh Charge 3 ?

Hello @Kaynemo, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note there are several factors that influence the availability of the Fitbit app in certain countries. Many of our members have been able to download the Fitbit app for iOS by creating an Apple ID associated with a country where the Fitbit app is available. For instructions, check Apple's site about how to create a new Apple ID.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

This is lie. I talked to A support and they clearly said it is a developer who decides which countries app is available. So you are selling devices in the countries where you as the developer did not enable the app. To switch counties in Apple ID is a massive hassle as you need to cancel all subscriptions, close the family account etc etc. You need to state on the box which countries you are working at, as without app the device is useless. I would like to get a refund for such a painful experience or you finally make it work. Very disappointed....
