The entire day of data for October 12 is missing. The iOS app just skips that day entirely. Where is my data?

Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It's odd that one of your days isn't showing your information correctly and let's work on this together. If you've not done so, please try to log out from the Fitbit app, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, log back in, sync your Fitbit device and check your information.
Give a try to those steps and if the same keeps happening, take a screenshot of what is displayed for October 12th and attach it in your reply so I can take a deeper look.
Keep me posted.

Hi @SunsetRunner. Thanks for getting back and I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for the screenshot, it's very helpful. Just to confirm, besides your food did you have the same issue with the rest of your details (steps, distance, calories, sleep, etc)? Do you remember to have updated your iPhone or the Fitbit app before having this issue? If you've not done so, please give a try to the steps posted above and try to manually log your food in the Fitbit app for that specific day.
I understand your point as this shouldn't have happened and while currently we don't have an option to restore the food data previously logged in your account, please monitor your account and feel free to let me know if you have a similar situation. I'd also recommend to keep the Fitbit app up-to date to ensure its performance.
Keep me posted.
