I’m not tracking my steps or sleep for 2 weeks.  I will reboot again and make sure I have updated app and IOS iPhone. I’m ready to quit.

Hi @Rshreck. Which Fitbit device do you have?  If I understand you correctly,

  • Your device does not show steps and
  • Steps and sleep are not showing up on your IOS Fitbit app after a sync.

Is this correct? Once I have a better understanding of your issue, I’ll be better able to help you.

After I posted last, I remembered I had an app on an old iPad that wouldn’t update this latest version. I never look at it since I have it on my iPhone. so I deleted it on the iPad.  Now it’s back! I’m using a Flex.  Thanks for ur quick response!
