Unable to log into app

I am unable to log into the Fitbit app, networkbit.HTTPError. Error1

 

i have the latest Fitbit app and iso rev

bluetooth and WiFi are off and I have restarted the device several times.

I appreciate you have taken the time to report this to me and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment I would like to ask you to try the following:

 

  1. Toggle Bluetooth off/on
  2. Toggle WiFi off/on
  3. Login via WiFi connection, not cellular
  4. If you're getting the same error message, try to connect to a different WiFi network and try again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
