Fitbit app not working

I can’t click on any of my stats or the exercise/sleep bars etc. This started after I went for a cycle, I finished my exercise tracking and this started and I have rebooted the app but nothing is working. Can anyone help?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the difficulty you're experiencing with the Fitbit app. Thank you for your efforts, I am here to help. I recommend trying to do the following: 

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, log back in and check if the issue persists.
