i have a iPhone 13 Pro fully updated and fitbit ver 3.76. When i try to start the app if flashes and goes away.

It’s 3/1/2023 and this is still a problem. I can not access daily average number of steps for me or a friend. It provides the 7 day total instead. How can this be corrected? Seems like it’s been a problem for a long time.

Same thing for both my wife and me. So much for the update “increasing stability” of the app. 🙄 Unless there’s a quick resolution, this is one more (and perhaps the final) nail in the coffin to send us long-time FB users to the Apple Watch.

I’m experiencing the same thing. I tried restarting my phone and in other threads it mentioned uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I have it reinstalled, the app crashes before I can signed back in.

Every time I try to open the FitBit app on my iPhone it crashes… deleted and reinstalled… no luck. Was working fine earlier today.

I’m experiencing it,too. Slowly,they’ve begun dismantling everything good about FitBit and now you can’t even open the app? Time to jump ship and head to Apple Watch. I’ve been a Fitbit user since the start. I feel like my money,time,effort and opinion mean nothing to this company.

i just chatted with Level 1 support and reported all the steps i've done to troubleshoot.. Problem being escalated..

Same for me. iPhone 11 running iOS 16.3.1. Fitbit app updated 2 days ago to version 3.76. Was working fine this morning and yesterday. This evening it was crashing every time I launch the app, even after restarting the phone.
FIX: I contacted customer support. They had me uninstall and reinstall the app. It no longer crashes upon launch.

Hi! My Fitbit app does not open on my iPhone or closes down right after opening. I have tried restarting the phone, deleting and reinstalling the app etc. but nothing helps. What should I do? I have used the app on iOS for years but this has not happened before, so it cannoy be the phone.

My app will not open, I’ve closed Bluetooth and shutdown my phone several times. I’ve then uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I can open the app when not connected to Bluetooth. As soon as I connect to Bluetooth the app opens and instantly closes. Any suggestions. I’ve checked I’m on the most recent version of the app.

I do see this issue too.
I am having iphone 14 pro. iOS version 16.2.
I started seeing this issue since this morning (02/03/2022 at 07:00 UTC ). I tried reinstalling app and disconnecting chrge4. However, it did not help.
I use fitbit to track my food and exercise Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Looks like my app updated this morning and now it keeps on crashing.
I've deleted the app, power cycled my phone and then reinstalled the app but it still crashes?

Mine won’t open either since latest iOS update. I was tracking all my info on there too which was important info
