i have a iPhone 13 Pro fully updated and fitbit ver 3.76. When i try to start the app if flashes and goes away.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve done everything and nothing works. Not sure what to do but starting to really dislike Fitbit.
Best AnswerYes! I updated everything this past Sunday. App worked fine yesterday. I went to open it this morning to start tracking and it flashes then immediately closes. I deleted the app and redownloaded. I rebooted my phone. Nothing is working.
Just had same problem on my iPhone. Rebooted twice and reinstalled app. Crashes immediately even when my Fitbit is off. App has always access to cellular data.

Having same issues with my App here - no issues with syncing yesterday & tried to open this AM and the App continually crashes ! Have restarted my iPhone & Ipad now 3 times and deleted & reinstalled the App the same. Issue still remains! Am now really questioning if I can seriously continue with Fitbit - several contacts of mine have already jumped over to Garmin or Iwatch. The support and overall quality of the app & devices is certainly going down hill 🤬
I removed the app from my iphone and can’t even open it in the App Store to reinstall. What’s going on?
I just updated the app on my iPhone, rebooted my inspire tracker, reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, tried opening the app with the Bluetooth off. All have the same result. The all opens for a second, pops up on the screen then immediately closes. I checked and do not have an apple update available. Help!!

Me too! I have the newest iPhone, deleted app, that didn’t work. Restarted phone, that didn’t work.
