I’m having the same problem
My Fitbit app won’t open on my iPhone. When I press on it, it crashes. (Screen blinks & goes back to Home Screen). All other apps working on my phone.
I’ve turned Bluetooth off. Restarted my phone. Nothing works.
Having the same problem on my iPad mini 5 running iPadOS 16.3.1. after the latest app update
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app and restarting iPad but no change.
Same on my partner's Ipad Pro 10.5"
Best AnswerI’m having the same problem. I’ve force quit the app, restarted my phone and unpaired my Fitbit sense from Bluetooth on my iPhone SE 2022
no luck
Best AnswerI have the same problem. On launch of app it immediately crashes.
1. Close app. Reboot iPhone. Reopen app = does not solve crashing.
2. Close app. Delete app from iPhone. Reboot iPhone. Reinstall app = does not solve crashing.
3. Close app. Delete app. Reboot iPhone THEN try the app on an iPad = does not solve crashing (i.e. it also crashes on iPad)
So I would guess that it's either a fundamental problem with the app or how the app is trying to 'talk back' to Fitbit.
Having same issues, it’s been frustrating ! I’m thinking about it too, which watch are you considering ? @jlhughes1
Same here.
