i have a iPhone 13 Pro fully updated and fitbit ver 3.76. When i try to start the app if flashes and goes away.

Same here. I've tried deleting and reloading the app. I've tried switching my phone on and off I've tried turning bluetooth on and off, nothing works.
Best AnswerI have the same issue with iOS 16.3.1, I really don't know what to do because I already restarted the phone and reinstall the app for several times... I hope it's only the bug. I have iPhone XR.

I’m on the current version of the app on my iPhone. The phone is also on the current version. The app keeps crashing immediately upon opening it. I tried rebooting and also uninstalling and reinstalling, and it still is happening. Help!

I just updated to v 3.76. It crashes as soon as I open it. I have hard rebooted my phone. I’ve closed all the other apps. Nada.
I have deleted and reinstalled my app. Still crashes a fraction of a second after it tries to open.

For a few days my app wouldn’t open, and I had to retry a few times, but would eventually open. Today when I try to open the app it flashes the login screen then closes eith no time to try logging in. I’ve turned off the iPhone, and turned it back on, removed and reinstalled the app, but still nothing. Any ideas?
