Fitbit app on iPhone crashing

i have a iPhone 13 Pro fully updated and fitbit ver 3.76. When i try to start the app if flashes and goes away.

Mine just started doing this as well - reinstalling doesn't help and don't want to lose all my data?

Same here. I've tried deleting and reloading the app. I've tried switching my phone on and off I've tried turning bluetooth on and off, nothing works.

for the last hour i have been unable to open fitbit on iphone.  Logo quickly appears then app closes itself.

I have the same issue with iOS 16.3.1, I really don't know what to do because I already restarted the phone and reinstall the app for several times... I hope it's only the bug. I have iPhone XR.

I’m on the current version of the app on my iPhone. The phone is also on the current version. The app keeps crashing immediately upon opening it. I tried rebooting and also uninstalling and reinstalling, and it still is happening. Help!

Each time I open the app it crashes. I restarted my phone and tried deleting and reinstalling the app…neither helped.

This has happened to me. I have rebooted iPhone 13, unpaired, deleted app and re-installed. All I get is a flash of the app and a crash. Started after 9.30am today UK time

Same here. I tried restarting my phone, unpairing my device, and deleting/reinstalling the app — nothing worked.

I can’t as well.  The usual uninstalling and reinstalling the app did not fix the problem.   I’m seriously considering getting in an Apple Watch.

I just updated to v 3.76.  It crashes as soon as I open it.  I have hard rebooted my phone.  I’ve closed all the other apps.   Nada.  

I have deleted and reinstalled my app.  Still crashes a fraction of a second after it tries to open. 

I have hard rebooted my phone again since reinstalling.

For a few days my app wouldn’t open, and I had to retry a few times, but would eventually open. Today when I try to open the app it flashes the login screen then closes eith no time to try logging in. I’ve turned off the iPhone, and turned it back on, removed and reinstalled the app, but still nothing. Any ideas?
