I have this issue too. Have tried deleting the app stopping starting BT and restarting my iPhone 13 mini but each time I try to sync my Charge 4 the app crashes. Very annoying!
Likewise. Synced this morning OK but then clicked on notification about AFib and it loaded and crashed. Deleted it, switched off bluetooth, re-installed, NADA. Gets as far as the login screen (for a couple of milliseconds) then abends. Apple watch here I come. Btw, the app keeps telling me I have AFib, but nothing shows on the history.
Best AnswerI’m having the same issue, and when I go in on my ipad it’s not registering my sleep or any of my other health metrics. What’s going on?
Best AnswerI could use some support too. App is crashing still after restart and reinstall. Notifications hardly ever work either.
Best AnswerHappening to me all of a sudden. 14 Max Pro. I can open the app if I put the phone in AIRPLANE MODE but that does me no good. I'm assuming this could be something when the app connects to the fitbit servers. If the app was bad it wouldn't open in Airplane mode. Hopefully they figure it out.
Same for me - iPhone 11.
Partial workaround:
looks like something in the app that syncs to the internet upon opening causes the crash
Same here. iOs 16.2, I have apps set up to automatically update so I believe the Fitbit was updated overnight. I rebooted phone. Unistalled and re-installed the app. Still keeps crashing.
