Weirdly enough, if I continue to press the app the menu comes up.. I touch "log water" or any of the other choices, I can then get to the main screen???

I honestly have problems weekly for some reason, and not even with just my versa 3, I've had it with previous devices. When I sync it the watch loses time, it normally starts with a minute, then I have to turn the watch off and on and resync, sometimes it works right away. Other times I have to do it four or five times and each time it loses another minute and then it finally syncs. I have to be honest, I ordered an Apple Watch this morning. Even with the extra fee of adding a line I am tired of the issues that I have with fitbit devices. I pay a lot of money for these watches and I want them to work as intended. This glitch really was what took me over the top. I hope you enjoy yours.

Same. Also since the last iphone update 16.3.1 the watch will no longer receives text messages. It will receive all other notifications like calls but not text message. I have called the support team twice and they could not help. I also tried purchasing a new Versa 2 though it was my watch and the new one has the same issues.

Thanks for posting link. I’ve been having problems with my versa three that is a little over two years old everything that I’ve had only last 2 to 3 years, so I was ready to call it quits when This happened thinking my watch have reached the end of its life. I guess I will wait for the fix.

Tried all steps mentioned by @RicardoFitbit but no change. Still flashes white, then closes. Can't even login.

woke up this morning and cannot access my app to refresh and load and check my data. no reason for it, but did update to new iOS, but the problem existed prior to the update.
Something appears to be killing the app when I go to open it.
Thoughts anyone?

Same problem in 2 separate devices. App crashes on startup. Both iPhones running ios 16.3.1. Reinstalled the app. Restarted the phones. Disabled and re enabled Bluetooth and every combination of those items. Problem started this morning.

Mine did the same thing this morning. I opened the app, it closed. I swipped away the app. Relaunched. Same.
I tried an hour later and it works. Obviously a bug with the app.

I have spoken to Fitbit Customer Services.
It’s a known issue, which they are working on.

The app will run if you turn off Wi-Fi. If you turn Wi-Fi back on, the app crashes right away.

I did try your suggestion to try on airplane mode and my app does not respond. It doesn’t kick me out, but it won’t open either.

I have tried everything listed. My fit bit app won’t even stay open long enough for me to do anything literally opens on screen then closes immediately
