i have a iPhone 13 Pro fully updated and fitbit ver 3.76. When i try to start the app if flashes and goes away.

Best AnswerI have done the same as well, and rebooted by phone times 3 and then turned of blue tooth and back on, and it stayed one minute for me to log in then disappeared again. Removed the app x 3 as well and relaunched. Still having issues. Thanks. Cheryl-

should Fitbit not be giving us some information as to what actions they are taking and when we may be able to use the app again

My app is crashing. I just updated to iOS 16.3.1 yesterday. It’s crashing like crazy today. I restarted. No joy, I reinstalled no joy. I stopped a different app from using it as a pedometer. No joy. What else is there to do now?
Best AnswerAt least it’s not just me. The problem started before I upgraded my iPhone. I had hoped the iOS update and a remove and reinstall would take care of it, but no luck. Very annoying.
