i have a iPhone 13 Pro fully updated and fitbit ver 3.76. When i try to start the app if flashes and goes away.

My wife is on a Versa and I am on a Charge 4; we are both using iPhone 14, iOs has been updated.
The Fitbit app still fails.
I have performed all indicated procedures to no avail.

Thanks, everyone for tips. Unfortunately nothing helps for me, not even trying to open it 20 times. I updated the app yesterday and it started today in the morning. Really infuriating.

Me too, but I found that if I hold the icon and pick any option (like log exercise) the app runs and I can do other actions. Perhaps that will work for you until FitBit gets a fix published…

I am having the same problem. Reset my password on the computer and when I enter it on my iphone it says, "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again."

Having same problem. Just started today. Tried turning Bluetooth & iPhone on & off but does not help. App opens & immediately closes. Also tried deleting & opening app again from App Store did not work either

My fit bit alarm stopped working yesterday even though everything is turned on. Today the app on my iPhone is continuously crashing. Even a delete and reinstall isn’t working.

Also seeing this as well, a new development in the last 48 hours. It will eventually open up, but it crashes the first 5-10 times. Very frustrating

It is FitBit, not you. If you turn the iPhone to Flight Mode (I.e. cut off internet access) you can get the App to load and sync with your device. But turn Flight Mode off, and its back to crashing again. That suggests the error is probably server side at FitBit.
I found this article online Fitbit app crashing issue on iOS devices acknowledged, fix in the works (piunikaweb.com) . Seems fitbit has yet again done sort of failed App or tracker update and sent our devices into choas. Seems to be a regular occurance for Fit and Googles aquistion of them has just made things worse. This is likely to be the cause "iOS app version 3.76 is now available - 02/28/2023" (you will have to search to get here as fitbit won't allow the link to be posted)

Yes, same thing is happening with me
I removed from home screen and now it crashes when I try to reopen it. 😞

When I click on the Fitbit app on my new iPhone 14 it flashes and is gone. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, still not working. Is this a Fitbit issue. It was working fine yesterday.

I have lost access to the Fitbit app again. Still no notices from Fitbit in the forums. Still no email explaining the situation. Still no responses from Fitbit moderators and community council members. If it customer care offers the same solution they offer for every problem delete the app, reinstall the app, Reboot, the phone and pray. Because Fitbit has not notified its users, it is amazing to see how many people on the forum have followed the advice of fit the customer care to only be frustrated by the fact that it did not correct the issue when I sample email or banner in the forums would have eliminated much of the frustration and conjecture as to what is actually happening.

Same here, have to open 6-7 time before it stays open.
