Same issue - worked fine and as usual first thing this morning. Then later, the app fails to open and pushes back to the homescreen. iPhone 14 Pro, up to date iOS. If I put iPhone in Airplane mode, I can open the app, then turn Airplane mode off again and the app syncs fine and works.

I removed and reinstalled and did not lose anything

Same thing on my iPhone - app crashes. Looked at my Dashboard at the FitBit website and that's not functioning proper either.

When I open Fitbit app on iphone 11, IOS 16.11 app opens then immediately closes. After removing app, restarting and reinstalling app allowed me to log in, then started to sync immediately closed and continues to close as soon as I open it.

Have done this among a ton of other things about 20 times. Seems Fitbit is having issues as there’s so so many having the same thing happen today.

did you uninstall & reinstall more than once?  I've done that with no resolution.

Sorry CareyS, it was a reply to the setting airplane mode post.  It also work for me to turn off WIFI and turn off Cellular Data in settings for the fitbit app.

Here we go again!  The app is not working AGAIN.  What is going on?  I am thinking of getting rid of Fitbit.  This is ridiculous.  Twice in 30 days the app is down and you can't get through to Fitbit.

Crashing on my iPhone 8 iOS 16.1.1.

So across a range of hardware and OS the app is crashing.

I would say it's the app.

Fitbit: I'm disappointed.

Same, my fitbit on connect to iphone 12 pro and fitbit app keep crashing.  Has to be on the fitbit side since seems many are having this issue.  Was fine first thing this morning this all happened within the last 45 minutes.

I made the mistake of removing my luxe from my bluetooth because now it will not reconnect.  On hold to talk with fitbit support

Same for me, the Fitbit app (from this morning) continually crashes on my iPhone 14 running iOS version 16.3.1.

As you have done I have deleted and reinstalled the app (after force restarting my phone) still nothing but app crashing.

I have also opened the Fitbit Dashboard on my laptop and it has received nothing since mid morning.

I have checked Bluetooth and my Fitbit is still paired and recording my steps and tracked a hike but nothing is syncing.

I hope somebody can help!

PS I have also rebooted my Charge 4.

Yep, working for me now as well when I turned WIFI back on.  Guess it was a server issue of some kind.
