Fitbit app screen goes blank on iPad

As of yesterday when I open my Fitbit app on my iPad it comes up with a blank screen. I uninstalled the app on my iPad, rebooted my iPad than reinstalled the app from the App Store. That did not fix my problem.  The current version of app is 3.33 on my iPad but screen still comes up blank when app opened.

Hi @Bond1234, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the Fitbit app shows a blank screen when you open it. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please provide a screenshot of the blank page that the Fitbit app shows when you open it. In the meantime, make sure that your iOS device has the most recent operating system installed.

I finally got it to work. I ended up deleting the app, shutting down
and restarting my iPad than reinstalling the app from the App Store. I was afraid of loosing my data but it all appears to be good so I am happy.
