This is really weird, I went to the App Store, search for Fitbit and press get, and whola! It is now working!!

I tried something similar. I went to the App Store and clicked on the Update button. And once it finished updating I was able to use the app.

I’m having the same problem with the Fitbit app on my iPhone 11 and my brand new Versa 2. This is very annoying and is defeating the purpose of having this Fitbit at all.

I am having this same exact issue. Did they ever fix it for you? If so how?

Like by plugging it into your phone or just into an outlet?

I had a very similar issue today on the iOS app - the app worked perfectly last night. This morning, the exercise icon showed with the exercise data but every other icon was blank with no picture and no data. Tried restarting app, phone and Fitbit in various combinations with no success but following your advice and just clicking 'open' in the app store fixed it straight away - thank you!
