Fitbit app sleep tile not available

After I updated my Fitbit app, when I go onto my app on my phone there is no widget that tracks my sleep anymore. Where did it go? I have tried to click on "edit" and  "+" to add more widgets to my dashboard but the sleep tracker is not there.

Hello @pcs2016 and @Proths1 have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

This seems like a very odd situation, but I'll be happy to help. Which tracker is currently paired to your account? Please remember that all trackers excepting the Zip have a sleep tracker function and if the tile is not appearing please tap on Account and check if your tracker is listed under your name. If it's not, let's try setting it up once again so the Sleep tile can appear on the Dashboard once again.

To set up your tracker:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When (or if) the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Keep in mind that if you don't have a tracker paired in your account, the sleep tile (and others) will not appear on your Dashboard.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
