Fitbit app suddenly changed Calories burned for last two weeks

Hi, I just checked my fitbit app after a workout, and as usual around 5-6pm, I'm at my goal for calories burned in a day. However, I just clicked on the icon, and suddenly it's telling me that this is the ONLY time I've hit my goal in the last two weeks, that every other day I've been at least a thousand under. I check this stat often, and I know I hit it every day except Sundays, my rest day.

Will this fix itself? Do I just have to accept that my data for the last couple weeks is gone? Was there an update and it's telling me I haven't been burning what I thought I was for some reason and I'm about to gain several pounds on the scale? Very confusing! Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi there @trixi367, thanks for stopping by.

You can always rearrange your tiles by following the steps below:

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap Edit
  2. Tap and hold the icon next to the tile you want to move, and drag it to a new position. Drag "Steps" to the top.
  3. Tap Save.

I hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance. 😉

Hi there @daphnerunning, welcome on board. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details provided.

So that I may better assist you, could you please provide me with a screenshot of your calorie information?

While reading your post I was wondering if you recently changed your calorie goal? As you may know, when you change a goal, it won't retroactively apply to your previous days and stats. However, I've tested mine and it did change my previous goals, since this is not an expected behavior I have reported this to the team. We’re currently working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.

I'm looking forward to your reply, keep me posted.

I am wondering why the Calories for today now shows as the main item on my app and not Steps.  I want to see Steps.
