I had Fitbit App for my Charge 2 in iPad Air 2. The iPad got bad and on getting a new Charge 4, I downloaded a fresh App.
But I realized that after every other day, on trying to get to the App, it switches off and comes with a message " unable to load, App not working" Have uninstalled and reinstalled severally and it keeps happening.
Any help out there?

1. Please verify if your iPad is up-to-date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
2. Login via Wi-Fi connection, not cellular.
3. Try an alternative network.
