Fitbit app times out when logging food

I have a Fitbit Sense and iPhone 13, when adding food in Fitbit app it constantly spins and times out. I’ve been using Fitbit app for 5 years with a number of Fitbit models and this issue is getting progressively worse.

This is very frustrating and when the sense eventually dies I’m seriously considering dumping Fitbit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @cairn999 and welcome to the Community.  I use an iPhone 13, too.  Please try deleting your Fitbit app, then re-download it.  You might have a corrupted copy.  I have v. 4.24.  I can log by name, barcode and quick calories.

It doesn't matter which Fitbit model you use.  You are describing an app issue and I moved your post to the iOS app forum.
