I have tried your suggestions and the app still will not open. Afraid to uninstall and reinstall as several posts said it did not help anyway. I have iPhone 6s and have never had this happen before. Help!

Hi @Kay812cat  Fitbit released an update. The new version is 3.7 and you might want to get that on your iPhone. Let us know how things go for you.

I was finally able to open app by updating but I don’t know if it was 3.6.1 or 3.7 version.

@Kay812cat  it is the 3.6.1 version. I got it wrong. The main thing is you're able to get the app to stay open. Thanks for the update.
