The app won’t come up on my iPad anymore. Since 11/24/23, I can sometimes get it to display late at night. IOS o the iPad has updated to 17.1.1 recently, so I don’t know if that is the issue. My Samsung A54 phone will display the app, but only after a minute or longer. I use Fitbit, not google to login. I don’t want google to have access to my info. What should I do to get the app to display? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled on the iPad to no avail.
thank you.

Hi there, @Ozarksmom.
Thanks for the detailed information, and the troubleshooting steps that you've tried. This is odd as the Fitbit app should work on any mobile device, as long as they meet the compatibility requirements. Because this isn't the case, could you confirm if you continue having the issue? Do you get an error message or is the screen the one that stays blank or white?
If the Fitbit app was recently updated, you can also try rebooting your iPad as well as your Android phone to see if that helps.

I’ve been unable to open the Fitbit app on my iPad for at least 4 months. I have to close and open the app 4 to 10 times before it works. The “Fitbit” title at the top cycles through different font sizes, alignments, and color, before settling on “Fitbit Premium” in black font.
I’m on a 6th gen iPad, OS 17.2. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Un-synced and re-synced Bluetooth. I have an Inspire2 and was going to upgrade to a new a Charge — but I’m not going to as long as your app doesn’t work. Customers should remind Fitbit/Google: we have other options. Maybe an Apple Watch would work. Here is what your app looks like every time I try to open it. EVERY TIME. For MONTHS. Get it together.

And no response. I guess there is no solution to offer.
Such contempt for users makes my next decision easier - thanks.

Same model and software iPad. Same result. Sometimes loads, often hangs up. Frustrating!
