Fitbit app won't connect to the Internet

I've moved your post to this new thread to keep the forums organized. I'm sorry you're having this situation and thanks for your efforts. So I can investigate what may be occurring, may I know the model of your phone? Do you see an error message on the Fitbit app? Also, is the issue with Wi-Fi or mobile data?

I understand you've tried some steps, but please give a try to the following:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  2. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
